In support of our mission, we are seeking a Program Manager to implement and manage our custom advertising and sponsorship solutions across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be proactive and strategic with a service-orientation, the ability to communicate with senior clients, a sharp understanding of the advertising and events landscape, and enthusiasm about building an innovative, next-generation media organization. You will report into Charter’s Head of Business Operations.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the execution of all campaigns from start to post-campaign reporting with operational excellence and transparency
  • Create and manage project timelines throughout the campaign to adhere to client expectations and program goals
  • Manage internal creative workflow and communications with partnership, editorial, design, engineering, and event production teams to achieve the highest quality creative deliverables aligned to best practices
  • Serve as the main point of contact with clients and agencies, leading communication and managing client meetings and assets during the duration of campaigns
  • Create, analyze and distribute campaign reports
  • Deliver best in class execution and client communication that results in repeat sponsorships
  • Work with team leadership to improve processes, identify and standardize best practices, and assist with other team-wide initiatives as assigned

Who you are

  • Results focused project manager with 3-5 years experience
  • Experience communicating with senior clients
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Skilled at devising processes and systems that help to streamline communication and workflows
  • Low ego, high ambition
  • Passionate about transforming work, with a desire to positively impact how work is done and people relate to one another
